Scanning not working

If you are experiencing issues when scanning, then make sure that the barcode isn't too far away (less than about 2 meters). If that doesn't help, please make sure that the surface on which the barcode is printed is entirely visible to the camera and is flat and not wrinkled in any form.

Also make sure that the App is up-to-date with the latest version and that iOS is up-to-date. If nothing helps, please open a support ticket!
