Problems with Scanning History
No history at all
If the scanning history is missing, head to the settings tab (bottom right) and select "History Settings" and ensure that history is enabled! If not, enable it and start scanning! In case it was enabled, please scan any QR-Code or Barcode before opening a ticket to make sure you haven't accidentally deleted the history.
Only a few entries in the scanning history
Please head to the settings tab (bottom right) and select "History Settings" and check if there is a history limit set. You can change the limit by swiping up and down on the current history size. Scrolling all the way up disables the history limit altogether.
